Transformations...

As promised, I'm sharing what I did with some of my recent "junkin" finds.....

Here are some "before and afters"....

I just discovered a dreamy new spray paint by Krylon....

...it's called "Canvas White"....

...not as "yellow" as their "Antique White"....

...and not as "beige" as their "Almond" color.

May I say how much I LOVE this color?

White chocolate perfection in a can!

Heavenly....

....yummy!

Sprays on like butter....

...and just as smooth.

Nothing.....and I do mean NOTHING....

...escaped my spray painting frenzy!

 If it wasn't nailed down....

...it was "sprayed down!" ;)

Three trips back to the hardware store....

...for more.....

....more!

(I need to apply for a job there....

...so I might take advantage of their employee discounts!)

Cause they're gonna get a whole lotta business from the little French gal from up the street!

Can't wait to fill this with seaside treasures....

...and find some pretty vintage pictures for these....

And last but not least....my personal favorite transformations....
...two 1.00 Goodwill finds....

oui...oui...much better!
Until next time....don't forget to spray in a well-ventilated area and wear a protective mask as well (or else you're gonna find some spray paint in places you never knew existed!! )

  6. I love white, but I also love crusty white and old patina, so as great as it looks, I really liked some of it before paint, too! The rose metal vases in the last photo look amazing in white!

  28. PML I laughed as I read the part about anything that was not nailed down. It does look like white chocolate. It reminds me of a story my mom told me about her mother who spray painted everything in sight gold. :) Happy sunday friend!

  29. My goodness girl........I've never seen so much sprayed white before! Thanks for the tip on the paint color. Good to know. It's amazing what a little can of spray paint can do to your life! I often save things that have good bones to consider painting before getting rid of it. I know you do too!

Absolutely love your studio btw. I would so like to make mine all white but I think I have too much color that I love to completely convert. Besides all the painting I would have to do:(

    Happy rest of the summer,
