I made some labels for all of my glass storage jars for The Where Bloggers Create party that I recently participated in.
I wanted to "unify" the look of my shelves without hiding the supplies in each jar.
I found this gorgeous image at The Graphics Fairy.....
...added text...
...printed them out on cream card stock...
...and simply used clear packing tape to adhere the lables to the jars.
You can find the original, full color, image of this label at The Graphics Fairy. I photo edited mine to "sepia."
I print these onto 110lb cream card
For my largest jars...(think restaurant-size pickle jars)...I print 2/page; for my medium jars...(like salsa and small pickle jars) 4/page and smaller jars...6/page.
The font I use is called “Snell Roundhand”, in case you’d like to make some of your own. I am including a blank label for that purpose as well. Just click on the label(s) you want (they will pop up "full size") and then right click and hit "save."
OK...I'm loving how you made those labels. I love the french themed images too. I've found a whole lot of blogs out there that are French and so I've learned a bit of French from them...some of the words you've used in fact. Be sure and look those words up in Pinterest searches and you can sometimes find some awesome photos!
ReplyDeleteLoved your space!

I love these labels. I use chalkboard labels but my writing is terrible. Looks like a 2 year old wrote on them. Thank you so much for doing this for us! We are remodeling a 125 year old church to be our home and these would look perfect there. www.gratefullty.com
