This past week, I spent 4 glorious days on the Maine coast with my dear Maman.
Boothbay Harbor is where I spent many a summer day with my family....a most special haven for my beloved father.
This enchanting stone chapel was built in 1917 in memory of a woman who lived at Ocean Point.
We stopped to say a prayer for my father....
....to remember him....
....and the precious time we had with him.

No excursion would be complete without picking up a few new "threads"....
...this blouse is just so sweet...
...look at the lace detail....
...and I just loved the name on the tag...
And this one was too lovely to leave behind....
...more delicate lace detailing....
I also picked up a hat for those hot summer days.....
...and a scarf for those cool summer nights.
I brought this gorgeous necklace with me...
...made by one very talented friend.
(I'll "introduce" you to her once I help her get her ETSY shop up and running!)
And here are a few bijoux that I just couldn't leave in Maine...
Last, but not least, let me introduce you to....
...."Ma Petite Maman" (isn't she sweet?).
See you on White Wednesday where I'll share all of my seaside "finds."
sounds wonderful and the weather looks like it was meant for me to live there :)
