Flea Market Finds, A Graduation and a Sneak Peek At My Jewelry Affaire Feature........

Hello Mes Amies...
I have been away for a bit for a very good reason....our son graduated from college this past Saturday! It was a proud and special moment seeing him walk across that stage. There were many tears  to be sure.
Here are a few pictures from the day....

A beautiful day enjoyed by all. Now comes the party planning....

Sharing some flea market finds from my Sunday jaunt several week-ends ago....

It was a glorious "Opening Day" and I ran walked away with quite a stash of tresors. STILL doing the happy dance!

~Jewelry Affaire~

The Editor In Chief of Jewelry Affaire magazine sent me the draft of my upcoming feature. I've never seen any of my past features until I receive my "artist copy" of the magazine so I was thrilled to get a peek at it. Here's a glimpse of the July Issue that will hit the newsstands July 1st!

Oh Happy Day!
Now I have loads of catching up to do with all of you so I appreciate your patience as I make my way around to your beautiful and inspiring blogs and shops!

  1. Oh dear Michelle, I have tears in my eyes as I look at these beautiful photos of you and your family. What a happy day to celebrate Tim's big achievement - and such big smiles! I'm beaming for you all.

And GIRL - you really scored at the flea market! What an opening day indeed. I can't get over all that loot, and I am chuckling at the May Breath purifying thing. You know I'm drooling over that French lace...sigh. And all those religious pieces and jewelry pieces!
    Fantastic finds my dear.
The JA article is going to be a huge hit I know. Sigh and more sigh...

  13. Congratulations to your handsome son, Michelle! He looks so much like you, but I definitely see a wee bit of Dad in him, too. And you look radiant, you deservedly proud mom! (By coincidence, in my sophomore year, I wanted to transfer from an all-girl Catholic college in Western Mass to Assumption because I wanted to major in French--and Assumption was well-known for its foreign language programs... but it wasn't meant to be. However, two of my sisters had Worcester covered, because they both went to Holy Cross, and the two daughters of one of them also graduated from there!)

I am drooling uncontrollably over your flea market finds!! I won't even try to list my favorites among them, because I'd end up including just about (literally) everything! I can't wait to see some of your new treasures show up in future projects.♥

    xoxo
