Hello Mes Amies...I hope this finds you all well.
I have been a very busy bee these past few weeks ...cleaning and organizing my Studio. Years of hoarding collecting has caught up with me and it's time to "purge"& "simplify". These are just some of the items I have listed in my little known ETSY "Sister" Shop: "Petite Michelle Bits"....
..."Bits n' Bobs" assemblages....

...vintage photographs...

..."instant collections"....

..."this and that"...

...victorian albums, silk thread spools, vintage book covers....

...enamel medals, french floss and so much more!

Oh my...it sure feels good to clean and organize!
If you see anything here you like, just let me know or visit my destash ETSY shop...

Merci!

Winter Wonderland.....

It snowed here this past Friday and we're expecting more today as well. I thought I'd share a view of our home in its' "Winter Splendor."

Oh how I love the way a fresh coat of snow makes everything look so magical!
I hope you all have a "magical" day Mes Amies

Wrapped With Love....

Valentine's Day is just around the corner so today, I'd like to share how you can use plain brown Kraft Paper Boxes to wrap your Valentine's "tokens" with a little bit of LOVE.

You can find these boxes at most craft supply stores as well as on ETSY and Ebay if you want to buy them in larger quantities for less.

The inspiration for these sweet boxes were these metal arrows that I found in the dollar bins at Michael's. They come in packages of four. I used the cardboard "cozies" that come with the hot "To Go" cups from my grocery store to wrap a few of the boxes.

I used more of the cozies to cut some heart shapes as well. The white hearts are actually paper leaves that you can find in the wedding section of your local craft store. I simply folded them in half and cut a "semi circle" at the top so that, when opened, forms a heart.

I embellished the boxes using vintage music pages, paper doilies, buttons, ribbon and beads, all of which I had on hand. A glue gun is all you'll need.

For the "finishing touch", I used my trusty Gelly Roll Pen and "doodled" away! These are fun and inexpensive to make so I hope you'll give them a try.

Happy "doodling!"

Avec Amour,
Michelle

Hello Old Friends.....

I’ve been long absent from this blog and wanted to check in to say that I am well...busy....happy & healthy! I’ve missed many aspects of blogging but have been pursuing my “creative expression” elsewhere. I’ve been in touch with many of you on IG....a place where I’ve so enjoyed connecting with friends, old and new. Alas, there are some of you whom I haven’t seen there and so I wanted to say “hello” here. I hope this finds YOU “well...busy....happy & healthy!”

I’m sharing a few pics of how Cupid is infusing a little “love” around Maison PML....

Have a lovely Monday Mes Amies!
