  5. ...OH MICHELLE!!
    ~ these...are...stunning!!!
My heart has been touched and my soul has been brought to tears
...an unfortunate altercation happened on hallows eve, with a group of "straight edged" young adults that has shaken me to the core...these images overwhelm my spirit like the waves at the sea...

  7. rosemay...this cemetery is on Cape Ann as well...Gloucester to be exact. The neighboring Sea Port Village to Rockport where i found your driftwood. If you are EVER on the East Coast....i would be honored to take you there. i am so glad that this post...the pictures and my words "spoke to you" and that they somehow helped to heal what appears to be a wounded soul at the moment. blessings....

  8. Your spirituality never ceases to amaze me. Your photos remind me of the famous Chicago cemetery named "Graceland". Full of amazing statues - I must go back home and capture them on film.

You have captured your cemetery so well. Bless you for sharing with us.

  11. i love to walk through beautiful cemetery full of lovely old statues. the new ones have all the flat stones and it is not the same. the cemetery up home where our family is buried has the old, beautifully carved stones and you can still plant peonies around the graves. lovely.

  14. I'm adoring all these magnificent Spiritual Statuaries... I have been collecting Religious Art and Antiques for decades. When an Artist is moved and inspired to create Spiritual Art it honors the Lord and comes from that place deep within the Artist that is a external visual manifestation of their Spirituality and relationship with the Great Creator Himself!
