Stay Warm and cozy inside Michelle. We just finished that storm here in Chicago. We got 13 inches of snow. I finally was able to venture out tonight to the grocery store. Stay warm and inside and enjoy watching it from the warmth of your beautiful home. Kris
Hi Michelle...send some of that snow back to the West...Idaho in particular!!! Years ago, 1981 to be exact, we moved to New Hampshire. We hadn't had much snow out here for a couple of winters. That first winter made up for all that we'd missed. In April of "82, there was a MAJOR snowstorm and my husband was just able to get up our long very snowed in driveway to the garage. He bought our first "real" snowblower. Well, we all loved it, but apparently the natives had had enough. A week or so after the storm, I was in town getting a haircut. My hairdresser asked what I had thought of that snowstorm. I said " I LOVED it!!" All heads turned to see what crazy women had made that comment. Ha. I never did get tired of the snow for the 3 years we lived there and learned very quickly how to use that big ole John Deere snow blower.
Oh my Michelle, your living room looks like a room straight out of Heaven! And those angel's swings on the mantle....LOVE!!!!! Just stunning Michelle and just what I imagined the hearth of your home to look like. Stay warm and safe through the stormy weather coming through.
Oh dear, take care then! Your room looks so cozy, peaceful and beautiful. Wishing you a happy new year dear Michelle to you and your loved ones. May it bring you lots of joy, peace and love! Bisous, Wendy
What a cozy scene, Michelle! I love it! Keep warm. We have frigid temps on the way and more snow later today into tomorrow. We will be lucky if we get above freezing this week in Ohio.
You are blessed indeed to weather the storm in such a beautiful home! Take care...........
ReplyDeleteKeep warm, mon amie. You can always fly out to visit, we were at 75 degrees today!
