Good morning mes amies.
Well...we survived the night, safe, sound, warm....and woke to this....
...a winter wonderland!
That would be hubby you see there....poor guy.
This is my garden angel at the start of the blizzard....
...and here she is this morning. Oh my....I need to bring the poor thing in!
There is still a good part of the blizzard to weather but all is well!
Goodness me, thats a heck of a lot of snow. I am glad to hear that all is well with you. And it does look ever so pretty really, doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteGlad all is well so far. Stay safe and warm. I've been checking on some of my blogger friends, and the pics remind me of our 2011 blizzard here in Illinois. Pretty to look at, but not fun to deal with.
ReplyDeleteOh noooo, poor angel! She needs to warm up by the fire:) Beautiful snow pics!
ReplyDeleteKeep warm and thank the Lord you have electricity, right? I'm so happy you emailed me this morning, I was so worried, mon amie.
ReplyDeleteI am so jealous!
ReplyDeleteIt looks amazing!!!

Isn't this blizzard something? It's still snowing here, and we have a mountain of snow at our corner from the plows. I think C & A will be sledding in our front yard tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteBri had to climb out our back window to get out - the drifts were too high to open our doors!!!
Thank goodness we have power, as I see you do, too. Stay warm, my friend.
Hope you enjoyed crafting yesterday and feeding your fellas! Looks like hubby needed the energy for digging out. :)
Such a beautiful sight- a sight I`m so used to see here all winter,-but that`s something else, because we live with that every year in january and february- I know, that for you it is not normal to have such a blizzard, and I`m so happy to hear you are well, and your home not effected eighter.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the beauty, and stay safe and warm dear Michelle.
Warm hugs,Dorthe
Wow! Lovely and amazing! We're enjoying sunshine and just a slight coolness in the air, and wondering where winter is hiding! She definitely came out and showed herself up there! Stay toasty, sweetie, and love on that working hubby real good!!

ReplyDeleteWow, what a storm! Glad you survived, and hope you don't lose your power! We took a long break from the cold and are down in Savannah, it's 65 degrees today! We've seen alot of east coast license plates, I'm sure they will be down here a long time, too:) Keep warm & snug!
