Junkin In Maine

Sharing a few junkin finds on my way home from Maine yesterday....


...buttons...spools of tatting...pretty oval picture frame...

...an old Avon Powder  Dish in a pretty creamy color...



...some wooden acorns just waiting to be painted...


...a hand-worked piece of tatting...i found it inside one of the spools...
...a surprise bonus!


...a creamy leaf-shaped dish...more buttons and this sweet Madonna and Child envelope opener...





...and lots of these tin medals...


...and mum found this in her "cabinet of tresors" and asked if i could use it...
are you KIDDING me??

...i think i just found a place to store all my new "destash!"

    You and I would have such a blast shopping together if we lived closer to one another!! I am so in love with your rosary medals, I've been looking for some and am having a hard time finding them. And those buttons are wonderful! You would have died and gone to heaven if you saw the shop I went into the other day, tons of vintage buttons,ribbon, etc. It made me think of you and the wonderful treasures you always find.
