What's a girl to do when "grilling season" is almost over and she has lots and lots of THESE leftover??
...she makes these...
...and fills them with "tresors" like this....
...and this...
I fell in love with the concept of making these petite inspiration boxes when i joined my first petite box swap with Heather at Speckled Egg last fall. It was fun and challenging to transform these ho-hum matchboxes into little paquets filled with inspiration. I've joined a few more swaps since then and have been making some for gifts as well.
These will go up in my ETSY shop soon!
Oh Happy Day!

OMG ~ you are brilliant!!! When I first saw these I thought you were going to take all the matches out and arrange them in little shot glasses ~ trim the glasses with lace and perhaps put a label on it. LOOK WHAT YOU HAVE DONE!! They are absolutely gorgeous and you never cease to amaze me. I want one ~ no make that I WANT SOME!!! Gosh, I really want some. Hugs to you. Marilyn

You clever girl you! Fun and fabulous!
ReplyDeleteThese are amazing!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI have covered my match boxes with music paper and my tea bag roses, but these are such a sweet change from that. And, I just got little crosses in a treasure jar, complete with rhinestones.
Gonna add this to my list for sure!
