Hello mes amies...I hope this finds you well.
I'm just checking in and sharing some photos of "supplies" from in my studio.....
I am leaving for a short vacation this Sunday. We are heading to "warmer climates" for some R &R. I will check back with you all when I return! Be well!
Did I ever need some PML inspiration. Love your images, Michelle! The beauty of my fellow blog friends never ceases to amaze me.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful time and we will catch up when you return, all glowing and relaxed. So jealous!

Give a shout when you're back and we'll plan a WE adventure of sorts, perhaps?
Have a great time and enjoy that R & R - well deserved!

Your collection of treasures is just beautiful, Michelle! I'm intrigued by the doily underneath the white crucifix. I recently found a small (approx. 5 inches in diameter) vintage doily at my mom's soon-to-be sold house (which was also my grandmother's--it's a two-family house originally built in 1885 as a single-family home that my sisters and I, and before that, my mom and aunt, were raised in, so some of the items are quite old... plus my grandmother inherited many goodies that were my grandfather's mother's). Anyway, the doily I rescued is similar to yours. I looked for others like mine online, and I found a style of crocheted lace called teneriffe; it looks a lot like this one: http://www.lynxlace.com/images/oth787.jpg. (Mine also has seven small medallions surrounding a slightly larger one.) What do you know about your piece, if anything?
ReplyDeleteI hope that you had a wonderful getaway! xoxo
I LOVE this so much I made one in pinks for my friend's 50th birthday! If you have time you can see it on my blog.
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you and yours!
Michelle- your photos are so lovely! I hope you are having a wonderful vacation. We've just returned from our cruise to warm places and it was wonderful. Maybe it will be spring when you return home!!
