We're not even at the "height of the storm" yet and I can't believe the effects I see all around us.
Our son just texted us to let us know that his college campus is without power.
I wish he were home with us.
For now....hubby and I are hunkering down and waiting it out.
Praying for all who are in Sandy's path.
Stay safe!
I was thinking of you when i seen it on the news. I hope you and your family stay safe and warm. As always my thoughts are with you !! Chickie

ReplyDeleteHope you ride out the storm with nothing more than mile inconveniences.
ReplyDeleteAs a member of the grammar police, I congratulate you on your use of the conditional tense of the verb, to be. One does not hear it used very often, lately.
Cheers
Keeping your son's safety in my prayers.

ReplyDeleteDear Michelle, I can read that you are all safe by now, and am so happy for that, --the pictures we see here on television are terribly, and my heart goes out to all those poor people whom lost all to the storm.
